Sales Manager/Interior Designer



  • Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Knowledge in Auto Cad and 3D rendering would be an advantage
  • Preferable residing in Paranaque City or other nearby places
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Applicants must bring a printed or CD portfolio
  • Must have initiative and work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills in both oral and written communication
  • Good selling and negotiation skills
  • Can work under pressure, willing to be trained, fast learner and with pleasing personality

Sales Supervisor


  • A sales supervisor is responsible for directing, managing and motivating the sales team members so that they can together achieve the sales targets or set figures.
  • Responsible for developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned.
  • To handle the employee related issues and monitoring calls etc.
  • He/she must see to the fact that all the employees adhere to the company’s policies and rules and work as per the instructions given to them.
  • The major goal of a sales supervisor is aimed towards ensuring that every sales team member works in a way which is directed towards achieving the desired sales figures.
  • 2% commission on every sale and 5% commission for an accumulated sales of 1M

 Sales Staff/Representative



  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
